Download everything you've logged as a ZIP of CSV files, with your photos, on any plan.

Updated October 23, 2026

You can download everything you've logged as a ZIP file, any time. It's free on every plan, and it includes Pro types and private entries even if you're back on Free.

Steps

  1. Open the account menu and click Settings.

The account menu open with Settings in the list

  2. Open the Import & export tab and click Download export under Export. Your browser saves a file named like logfolio-export-2026-10-23.zip.

The Import & export page with the Download export button

Good to know

  • The ZIP has one CSV file for each type that has entries, like books.csv and films.csv. Types with no entries are left out.
  • Each row has the title, creator, year, status, rating (out of 5), dates, your own fields, your review or note, whether it's private, where it came from (like an import), and when you logged it.
  • Your notes are in logfolio-notes.csv: title, text, whether it's public, and when you last changed it.
  • Photos, and images from your own types, are in a photos folder at full size. The CSV names the file for each one.
  • The CSV files open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
  • Your profile details (display name, bio, location and profile photo) aren't part of the export.
  • It's a good copy to keep before you delete your account.
